Do you ship everywhere?
Unfortunately, domestic shipping is only supported for now.
My item arrived broken; do I get a refund?
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount.
How much is shipping?
No matter where you are in the U.S shipping is free.
How long will it take to get my order?
Our items are shipped from Austin, TX and are usually made to order. If the item is already in stock it is shipped three business days from when the order is processed. For domestic orders, deliveries can take about 3-9 business days.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Are Commissions open?
Yes I am currently taking commissions, send an email of a size and details about the piece design. Completion time depends on the size needed.
